Commencement Deadline definition

Commencement Deadline means thirty (30) days from the Bond Closing or such earlier date as may be required by the HAP Contract.

Despite the foregoing, in the event that the "Construction Lender" (as defined in Section 16(B)(3) below) has foreclosed upon the Property or has accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure, and, subject to the provisions of Section 38 below, is diligently pursuing completion of the work to be performed by Landlord under Exhibit B hereto, Tenant shall not have the right to terminate the Lease pursuant to the provisions of this Section 2(A)(4).
Commencement Deadline means the date that is forty five (45) days after the date of this Agreement.

  • If the Demolition Commencement Date does not occur by the Project—Demolition Commencement Deadline set out in Schedule 1 for any reason (other than Tenant Delay as defined below), then Tenant may, at its option, and by written notice to Landlord, suspend all payments due with respect to the Tenant improvements until construction has commenced, with all Tenant deadlines extended one (1) day for each day of delay.

Landlord and Tenant shall each execute and deliver to the other written acknowledgment of the actual Term Commencement Date and the Term Expiration Date when such are established, and shall attach it to this Lease as Exhibit B. Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.
