Coming Soon and/or “expired” pages may contain advertisements and other materials selected by the Company, in the Company’s sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to third-party websites, third-party product and service offerings, and/or Internet search engines. The Company reserves the right to collect and retain all revenue obtained from such advertising and other materials.
Coming Soon. PURPOSE: The purpose of a coming soon listing is to allow a designation for those properties that are listed but that require more time to prepare for market, while still informing other participants and subscribers of the listing during the marketing and showing preparation period.

Examples of Coming Soon in a sentence

  • A listing may not remain in the Coming Soon Listing status longer than thirty (30) days.

  • These requirements are intended to increase the protection ofthe public against the unauthorized use of category 1 or category 2 quantities of radioactive material by reducing the risk of the theft or diversion of the material.

  • Coming Soon Listings will be included in listing history in the MLS record of the listing.

  • This applies to all listings, even Off-MLS and Coming Soon listings.

  • An MLS participant or subscriber, at their discretion, may choose to share the Coming Soon Listings with clients or prospective clients, provided such Coming Soon Listings are available for cooperation by all participants in the MLS.

Coming Soon means a listing with a valid listing agreement that is not ready for an Active status in the MLS until a specified On-Market Date.

Seller specifically authorizes the display of the address of the Property, automated estimates of the market value of the Property and third-party comments about the Property. If seller desires to limit or prohibit Internet advertising as set forth above, seller must complete an opt-out form in accordance with listing service rules. NOTE: NCAR Form #105 may be used to limit or prohibit Internet advertising and explains how such limitations may or may not be effective.

Coming Soon. A Listing Agreement and Coming Soon Seller Authorization has been signed between the broker/agent and seller but the property is not yet ready for sale, but will be within 10 calendar days of the seller’s signature. This allows a property to be secured with a listing agreement and coming soon addendum while not available for showings or sale until the designated “Showing Start Date”.
Coming Soon status allows the Listing Brokerage to pre-market the seller(s) listing through the MLS for a specified limited period until the property is ready for showings. The Seller(s) acknowledge that during this preparation time period this property will only be exposed to the MLS Participants and Subscribers, but not be available for showings to prospective buyers.
