Combined System definition

Combined System means a System designed and operated to provide the Services of both a Sanitary Sewer System and a Storm Drainage System;
Combined System means an apparatus designed to receive household and such other liquid wastes as the Executive Director, Public Health may approve, as well as sewage;

More Definitions of Combined System

Combined System means any combination of one or more of the following:
Combined System means either a combined waterworks, sewerage and stormwater system, or a combined waterworks and sewerage system.
Combined System shall have the meaning given to that term in the applicable Annex A. The initial Annex A to this Agreement will be labeled, “Annex A-1,” and any subsequent Annex A the Parties mutually agree to will be labeled sequentially Annex ▇-▇, ▇-▇, etc. For the avoidance of doubt, each Annex A to this Agreement will define the Specifications for the applicable Combined System thereunder only, and the Specifications contained in another annex for a Combined System therein will not apply with respect to any other Annex A.
