Combined System definition

Combined System means a System designed and operated to provide the Services of both a Sanitary Sewer System and a Storm Drainage System;

More Definitions of Combined System

Combined System shall have the meaning given to that term in the applicable Annex A. The initial Annex A to this Agreement will be labeled, “Annex A-1,” and any subsequent Annex A the Parties mutually agree to will be labeled sequentially Annex X-0, X-0, etc. For the avoidance of doubt, each Annex A to this Agreement will define the Specifications for the applicable Combined System thereunder only, and the Specifications contained in another annex for a Combined System therein will not apply with respect to any other Annex A.
Combined System means an integrated technology solution comprised of the DexCom System and the Tandem System that enables [***]. The Parties agree that the integrated technology solution(s) developed by the Parties pursuant to the Legacy Development Agreements, and any improvements thereto, are not Combined Systems hereunder.
