Comb definition

Comb or "Comb honey" means honey stored by bees in the cells of freshly built broodless combs and sold in sealed whole combs or sections of such combs.
Comb means all materials which are normally deposited into hives by bees; it does not include extracted honey or the royal jelly, trapped pollen, and processed beeswax.
Comb shall not be liable to the "End User" for any breach of these terms and conditions or failure on "Comb's" part to perform any obligation as a result of an act of God, Government control, legislative restriction or prohibitions or any other, Government act or omission whether local or national, act or default of any supplier, agent, or sub-contractor, industrial disputes of any kind or any other similar or dissimilar cause outside of "Comb's" control.
