Tower Operator agrees to maintain access roads to the Sites in such order and repair as would be required in accordance with tower industry standards and agrees not to take any action (except as required by Law, a Governmental Authority, a Ground Lease, a Collocation Agreement or any other agreement affecting the Site) that would materially diminish or impair any means of access to any Site existing as of the Effective Date.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the obligations of Tower Operator hereunder as to any Site are subject to any limitations imposed by any applicable Law and to the rights of any Tower Subtenant under any Collocation Agreement in existence as of the Effective Date at such Site.
