Collateral Warranties definition

Collateral Warranties means any collateral warranties to be given by the Contractor and any sub-contractor and/or any sub- consultant appointed by the Contractor in connection with the Works and the Services and in favour of any person specified in the Purchase Order in the draft form(s) appended to the Purchase Order;
Collateral Warranties means the representations and warranties made with respect to the Collateral pursuant to Sections 5.5A and 5.16A of this Agreement and Sections 5 and 8.6 of the Pledge and Security Agreement.
Collateral Warranties means the collateral warranties provided for the benefit of the Authority from each of the Building Contractor, FM Contractor and Professional Team in accordance with clause 4 of the Project Agreement;8

  • Collateral Warranties are being obtained from the builders and all key sub-contractors in favour of the Council.

More Definitions of Collateral Warranties

Collateral Warranties means the warranties from the Warranting Parties in favour of Network Rail, the Depot SPC, the Operator, the TMM and the Secretary of State in the forms set out in Schedule 17.14 or in such other forms as agreed by the relevant parties to any such Collateral Warranty, and the expression Collateral Warranty shall mean one or more of the Collateral Warranties as the context shall require; Commercial Conditions means the Standard Commercial Property Conditions (2nd Edition);
