Collateral Termination Date definition

Collateral Termination Date means the first date on which no Loan or Credit Extension is outstanding under the Credit Agreement, the Commitments have been terminated, and no other Obligations under any Loan Document remain unpaid or unsatisfied (other than any contingent indemnity obligations that, by their terms, survive the termination of the Credit Agreement).
Collateral Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(c).
Collateral Termination Date means the first date of the public announcement upon which all three Rating Agencies have Debt Ratings of at least BBB- or equivalent, provided that, if such date occurs before the Collateral Effective Date, then the Collateral Effective Date shall not occur notwithstanding any subsequent reduction in Debt Ratings.
