Collateral Period definition

Collateral Period means any period from and including a Collateral Trigger Date to the next occurring Collateral Release Date, if any, or, if no Collateral Release Date occurs, the Facility Termination Date.
Collateral Period means any period from and including the first day when the Debt Rating is lower than BBB- by S&P or Baa3 by Moody's to but excluding the first day when the Debt Rating is BBB (stable outlook) or higher by S&P and Baa2 (stable outlook) or higher by Moody's.

More Definitions of Collateral Period

Collateral Period means any period during which a Collateral Release Period is not in effect.
