Collateral Guarantee definition

Collateral Guarantee means the guarantee to be given by the Collateral Owner in such form as the Lender may approve or require;
Collateral Guarantee means the corporate guarantee executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by the Collateral Owner in favour of the Secured Creditors in the form set out in schedule 4;
Collateral Guarantee means the guarantee and indemnity referred to in Clause 10.1.9 (Security Documents).

Collateral Guarantee means the irrevocable and unconditional guarantee of the Collateral Owner given or, as the case may be, to be given in favour of the Lender, as security of the Outstanding Indebtedness and any and all other obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Agreement, in such form as the Lender may require or approve;
