Collateral Bonds definition

Collateral Bonds has the meaning given it in the fourth recital.
Collateral Bonds means all bonds, notes and other evidences of indebtedness from time to time issued and outstanding under the Collateral Trust Indenture.
Collateral Bonds means any First Mortgage Bonds issued by the Company under the First Mortgage Indenture and issued and delivered to the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01.

Examples of Collateral Bonds in a sentence

  • The Collateral Bonds shall be issued in registered form without coupons in the denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1,000, appropriately numbered and substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit A hereto.
