Co-Broker definition

Co-Broker means any RLS Broker representing a Customer and/or Buyer, as applicable, with whom it has authorized an agency relationship relating to the provision of real estate brokerage services. For purposes of this definition, “Buyer” shall mean any Customer whose offer to purchase an Exclusive Property has been accepted by a Seller.
Co-Broker means any Participant representing a Buyer or Tenant, as applicable, with whom the Co-Broker has authorized an agency relationship involving the provision of real estate brokerage services.
Co-Broker means a broker who is retained with the client's or customer's written consent by the primary broker to assist the primary broker in performing brokerage services for the client or customer.

  • Neither the owner nor C.C.R.E.G.I. shall have any liability for any reason to the Prospective Buyer and/or Co-Broker resulting from the use of the Confidential Information by the Prospective Buyer and/or Co-Broker.

  • On any such failure by Co-Broker, this Agreement shall be terminated, and neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement, each to the other, except for the Co-Broker's obligations to C.C.R.E.G.I. under this section, and the right of C.C.R.E.G.I. to collect such liquidated damages to the extent not theretofore paid by Co-Broker.
