CNP definition

CNP means that an Imprint of the Card is not obtained at the point-of-sale.
CNP is a Transaction wherein neither the Cardholder nor the Card is physically present at the Point of Sale. Mail order and telephone order (MO/TO), electronic commerce and Preauthorized Transactions are collectively referred to as “CNP Transactions”.
