CNDC definition

CNDC means the Argentine Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia.
CNDC means the Argentine Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia, the Argentine Antitrust Tribunal or any other agency that may replace it in the future as enforcement authority under Law N° 25,156.
CNDC shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Agreement.

CNDC means the National Committee for the Protection of Competition or the Domestic Trade Office of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance or the National Court for the Protection of Competition or any other Argentine court or public agency organized under Law No. 25,156 and its amendments.

CNDC means the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce, which is the section of Management of the Chickasaw Nation with direct responsibility for a Gaming Facility location.
