CNDA definition

CNDA means the Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (or similar) Agreement between Publisher and SCEE or an Affiliate of SCEE relating to PlayStation 2 and to Confidential Information of Sony and/or of Publisher thereunder.
CNDA means the Confidential and Non-Disclosure Agreement among, inter alia, PlanetCAD and Dassault Systemes executed contemporaneously herewith.
CNDA means that certain Mutual Confidential Information and Non-Disclosure Agreement dated as of May 6, 2010, between Alexandria and SFDC.
