CND definition

CND means Consejo Nacional de Descentralización, the Borrower’s national council for decentralization, established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Law No. 27783 (‘Ley de Bases de la Descentralización’) published on July 20, 2002, as amended;
CND means the lawful currency of Canada.
