CMLTD definition

CMLTD means, for any Person, the current maturities of long-term Debt (inclusive of the term Debt extended under this agreement) plus the current maturities of Capital Leases.
CMLTD means the current maturity of long term indebtedness other than Revolving Loans to be paid during the next twelve-month period, including but not limited to, amounts required to be paid during such period under Capital Leases.
CMLTD means scheduled maturities of long-term Debt (including Capital Leases) arising for the 12 months following the date of determination.

  • For purposes of determining the consolidated Fixed Charge Ratio as of any date of determination, each of the items utilized in the formulas set forth in the previous sentence shall be based on the results of the number of fiscal quarters ending on the date of determination set forth below, except for CMLTD which shall be determined as of the most recently completed fiscal quarter for which financial results are available.
