• The Plan Administration Services to be procured by CMIS pursuant to this Agreement include only those services described on Exhibit B.

• In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, all such records shall be returned promptly, without charge, to the appropriate Fund, free from any claim or retention of rights by CMIS, except that CMIS may retain copies of such records.

• CMIS shall enter into agreements with third party administrators, who shall agree to provide the services specified in Exhibit B, and such other services as are reflected in future amendments to Exhibit B from time to time (the “Plan Administration Services”).

• CMIS will preserve for each Fund all records relating to the services provided by it under this Agreement that are required to be maintained as prescribed by the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission in the manner and for the time periods prescribed by such rules.

CMIS means capital market intermediary(ies) as defined under the Code of Conduct for bookbuilding and placing activities in equity capital market transactions;

CMIS means the Council’s committee management information system

CMIS means Case Management Information Systems; also referred to as AWA.

CMIS means Columbia Management Investment Services Corporation (formerly, RiverSource Service Corporation), an affiliate of CMID and a registered transfer agent, which provides certain services to the Program, including answering and responding to telephone inquiries from existing Account Owners, prospective Account Owners of the Program and broker-dealers on behalf of such Account Owners.
