  • The Plan Administration Services to be procured by CMIS pursuant to this Agreement include only those services described on Exhibit B.

  • In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, all such records shall be returned promptly, without charge, to the appropriate Fund, free from any claim or retention of rights by CMIS, except that CMIS may retain copies of such records.
