CLUSTER HOUSING definition

CLUSTER HOUSING means a group or groups of dwelling units which may be in various forms, and so located on a lot that each dwelling unit may not have legal frontage on a public street or road and more than one dwelling unit may exist on one lot.
CLUSTER HOUSING means a cluster of four or more dwelling units around a central common space sharing site amenities such as parking and landscaping in a coherent site design, located either on a single lot or individually platted lots.

CLUSTER HOUSING means a residential development which has the following characteristics:

"ground level" means the level of a site prior to any development, including any excavation, filling or grading, that has taken place and, where the ground level has been altered after the appointed day, the ground level is taken to be that level of the site as determined by the Council. CLUSTER HOUSING means a group of more than two dwellings having communal open space and other shared facilities on a single allotment of land, detached or attached in groups of two.
CLUSTER HOUSING means a property on which cluster housing units are to be erected. Such cluster housing property shall be capable of being divided respectively into a prescribed number of individual dwelling unit lots and an area of private open space under common ownership administered for the benefit of the owners of the individual dwelling unit lots by a Home Owners’ Association.
