Club Delegate definition
Club Delegate means a duly appointed representative of an Affiliated Club of the Association.
Club Delegate means the person(s) appointed from time to time to act for and on behalf of the Association and to represent the Association at General Meetings of Surf Life Saving Central Coast.
Club Delegate or “Delegate” shall mean a natural person who is duly-elected by its Registered Participant Members to represent their interests in a Club.

The Secretary shall provide notice to member clubs of a Club Delegate Conference 30 days beforehand for the annual meeting or 60 days beforehand for an extraordinary meeting.
