Cloud Software definition

Cloud Software means Software provided in a cloud-based software as a service delivery model.

Cloud Software means both SaaS and Hosted Software and excludes On-Premise Software.

Cloud Software means any externally hosted technology offering which enables on-demand Network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources. EEA means the European Economic Area (including the United Kingdom).

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement and payment all applicable fees, Azdio Limited hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive and, except as set forth in this agreement, a non-assignable and non- transferable, right to install and use the Azdio Limited Cloud Software, in the United Kingdom.

• Customer may not reverse engineer the Azdio Limited Cloud Software, decompile, disassemble the Azdio Limited Cloud Software or modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Azdio Limited Cloud Software except with the prior written consent of Azdio Limited.

• Any reproduction or redistribution of the Azdio Limited Cloud Software not in accordance with this Agreement is expressly forbidden.

• Any additional features that currently does not exist within Azdio Limited Cloud Software and that Customer specifies and requests to be developed will be done subject to a development proposal and quotation from Azdio Limited to Customer and subject to agreement by both parties.

• The Azdio Limited Cloud Software is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

More Definitions of Cloud Software

Cloud Software means Software provided as a service to the Customer.
