More Definitions of Closing Amount
Closing Amount means the Purchase Price, adjusted as provided in this Section using reasonable estimates as agreed to by the Parties if actual numbers are not available. After Closing, the Purchase Price shall be adjusted pursuant to the Final Settlement Statement delivered pursuant to Section 13.1.
