Covered charges include room and board charged by the Hospice; miscellaneous services and supplies; part-time nursing care by or under the supervision of a registered graduate nurse; home health care services; and counseling services by a licensed social worker or a licensed pastoral counselor for the patient and the patient's Close Relatives.
