CLO definition
CLO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”
CLO means any entity (whether a corporation, partnership, trust or otherwise) that is engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in bank loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its business and is administered or managed by a Lender or an Affiliate of such Lender.
CLO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Qualified Transferee.

Upon the CLO or CCO becoming aware that circumstances giving rise to Permanent Disability may have occurred with respect to a Participant, the Committee shall be entitled to decide whether a Permanent Disability has occurred.
