CLO definition
CLO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”
CLO means any entity (whether a corporation, partnership, trust or otherwise) that is engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in bank loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its business and is administered or managed by a Lender or an Affiliate of such Lender.
CLO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Qualified Transferee.

At the Company’s request, Executive shall serve the Company and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates in such other capacities in addition to the foregoing as the Company shall designate, provided that such additional capacities are consistent with Executive’s position as the Company’s CLO.
