Clinical Samples definition

Clinical Samples means any biological material collected from a Trial Subject in the course of conducting the Clinical Trial.
Clinical Samples means Samples obtained from patients pursuant to a clinical trial of the Pharmaceutical Partners Product.
Clinical Samples shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.5.

  • The Sponsor shall require that the Clinical Samples are stored in accordance with applicable law and that any Clinical Samples remaining at the end of the Study are either disposed of in accordance with the Human Tissue Authority guidelines and any applicable law or, if consent has been given for Clinical Samples to be used in further research, shall require that the Clinical Samples are transferred either to a licensed bio-repository or to another ethically approved study.

  • The University shall indemnify the Clinical Centre against any claims arising from the improper use or storage of such Clinical Samples.

  • If Clinical Samples are passed to a third party, the University shall ensure that the Clinical Samples are used, stored and disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

  • The Clinical Centre shall indemnify the University against any claims which may arise from the improper collection and supply of such Clinical Samples.

  • The Sponsor shall ensure that the Clinical Samples are traceable at all times while in the possession of the Sponsor and require the same while in possession of the Authorised Third Party.


More Definitions of Clinical Samples

Clinical Samples means those Products that have been produced by Aesica for the purposes of enabling the Customer to undertake clinical trials;
Clinical Samples means any physical samples obtained from patients by, or on behalf of, the Client and provided to AGRF for the purposes of the Services.

Clinical Samples means samples and placebos of the Product supplied to INTEC for purposes of evaluation by INTEC in a clinical study.

Clinical Samples mean any parenteral formulation made by OCTOPLUS ------------------ according to GMP and supplied to ESPERION, or a sublicensee thereof, which meet the clinical Specifications mutually agreed upon by the Parties prior to release to ESPERION and/or such licensee for purpose of evaluation by ESPERION or its sublicensee in a clinical study. ESPERION shall be responsible for the release of Clinical Samples according to the Quality Assurance Functions (ANNEX E).
