Client’s Representative definition

Client’s Representative means the representative of the Client appointed by the Client from time to time in relation to the Contract and notified to the Solicitor;
Client’s Representative means the executive manager of the Client, or the Client’s other representative, who is authorized to represent the Client in cooperation with Paynovate under legal acts and/or activity documents of the legal person.
Client’s Representative means the member of the Client staff who shall be the main contact point under the Contract or any relevant Purchase Order Charges means charges payable by the Client to the supplier for the performance of the Services, which must be itemised in full on any relevant Purchase Order Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel and suppliers of either party, including Intellectual Property Rights, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as “confidential”) or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential. Data Protection Requirements mean the Data Protection Act 1998, the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/2699), the Electronic Communications Data Protection Directive 2002/58/EC, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and all applicable laws and regulations relating to processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner.

Client’s Representative means the person named in the Information Schedule, as appointed by the Client to act as its representative (from time to time), for the purpose of managing the execution of and compliance under the Contract (Supply Chain Manager), or his duly appointed nominee;
Client’s Representative means a suitably qualified and experienced project manager nominated by the Client pursuant to Clause 3.2 (Co-operation);
