Client Systems definition

Client Systems means any communication line, modem connection or other facilities, software, hardware, Mobile Devices or equipment provided and used by You to transmit or receive any information.
Client Systems means the Client’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Client or through the use of third-party services.

  • Client agrees to provide and maintain at its sole expense all Client Systems and is responsible for upgrading and configuring Client Systems to be and remain compatible with the Services and Avid Technology.


More Definitions of Client Systems

Client Systems means all information-technology systems, constituting all systems, used by the Client to send a Request and to receive a Reply, between and including the points designated by all addresses belonging to the domain ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in the Astute Systems, but excluding the Astute Systems, owned by the Client which include third parties contracted with the Client, who is requested by the Client to send a Request and to receive a Reply;
Client Systems means the information technology infrastructure and networks of Client, whether operated directly by Client or through the use of Third Party services or resources.
