Client Product definition

Client Product means the [***] of interest to Licensee, which is designated by the Licensee to be produced by the Licensed Cell Line. Each different Client Product covered under this Agreement shall be specified in Appendix I. An amendment to this Agreement is required for each new Client Product produced by the Licensed Cell Line.

Client Product means each component of the Licensed Products that executes on one or more operating systems being used by an individual end- user. Examples of the functions provided by the Client Product include Audiovisual Presentations to the end-user and the exchange of information with the Server Product.

Client Product shall have the meaning set forth in the AOL License.
