Examples of Client Premises in a sentence
Client shall provide and/or shall secure for Company adequate and uninterrupted access to the Client Premises to install the Equipment and/or provide the Services.
Your local government(s) with jurisdiction over the Client Premises may require a license or permit for the installation, use or monitoring of the Systems or the Services.
The Supplier and the Supplier’s Personnel shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of Personnel when, at or in the vicinity of any Client Premises.
On completion of provision of the Services, at its own cost, the Supplier shall remove the Equipment and shall clear away from Client Premises all waste arising out of the Services and leave Client Premises in a neat and tidy condition.
The Client reserves the right under this Contract to refuse any Supplier’s Personnel admission to any Client Premises if, in the opinion of the Client, such admission is undesirable or unnecessary.
