Client Premises definition

Client Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Client or its Affiliates which are made available for use by the Constructor or its sub-contractors for carrying out of the Project (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence;

Examples of Client Premises in a sentence

  • Client shall provide and/or shall secure for Company adequate and uninterrupted access to the Client Premises to install the Equipment and/or provide the Services.

  • Your local government(s) with jurisdiction over the Client Premises may require a license or permit for the installation, use or monitoring of the Systems or the Services.

  • The Supplier and the Supplier’s Personnel shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of Personnel when, at or in the vicinity of any Client Premises.

More Definitions of Client Premises

Client Premises means any premises of Client Affiliates in the United Kingdom which the Client or Client Affiliates use to provide services equivalent to the Services immediately prior to the applicable Country Commencement Date;
