Cleansing Notice definition

Cleansing Notice means the notice associated with this Offer, released to NZX Limited on 10 March 2023 pursuant to clause 20(1)(a) of Schedule 8 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 and clause 19 of Schedule 1 of the FMCA.
Cleansing Notice means a notice given by the Company under section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act.
Cleansing Notice means the notice associated with this Offer, released to the Main Board on 13 June 2018 pursuant to clause 20(1)(a) of Schedule 8 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 and clause 19 of Schedule 1 of the FMCA.
