Clean Out definition

Clean Out means a small diameter pipe connected to the sewer lateral at the property line and as per plumbing code regulations and brought to the surface of the ground for maintenance access.
Clean Out means removal of settled and floating material collected in an oil-water separator, sediment interceptor or grease interceptor by a waste hauler for off-site waste management, or removal and disposal of such material in accordance with a waste discharge permit, authorization, code of practice or order issued by the Authorized Person.
Clean Out means to have the settled material and floating material collected in the stormwater rehabilitation unit or treatment works removed and disposed in a manner that meets all regulations.

Clean Out means a device that has a removable cap or plug securely attached to it and in a pipe so that the cap or plug may be removed to permit pipe cleaning apparatus to be inserted into the pipe;
