Class T designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class T means Shares that are available to investors in the UK Sustainable Equity Fund.

• This Plan may be terminated at any time, without the payment of any penalty, by vote of a majority of the Independent Trustees or by a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of Class T.

Class T. A-4 Interest Rate Cap Agreement Account: The Eligible Account created and maintained by the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee pursuant to Section 5.14. The Class T-A-4 Interest Rate Cap Agreement shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.
