Class R Certificate definition
Class R Certificate. The Class R Certificate executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A and evidencing the ownership of the Class LT-R Interest and the residual interest in the Upper Tier REMIC.
Class R Certificate. Any one of the Class R Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18 and evidencing the ownership of the Class R-I Interest, the Class R-II Interest and the Class R-III Interest.
Class R Certificate. A Certificate designated as “Class R” on the face thereof in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, and evidencing the sole class of “residual interests” in each Trust REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Examples of Class R Certificate in a sentence
This Class R Certificate represents the “residual interests” in two “real estate mortgage investment conduits”, as those terms are defined, respectively, in Sections 860G(a)(1) and 860D of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).
A Holder of any Class R Certificate agrees, by acquiring such Certificate, to any such elections.

Class R Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-17 hereto. The Class R Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Balance or Notional Amount.
