Class P Pass-Through Rate definition

Class P Pass-Through Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the lesser of (i) 5.1310% and (ii) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.
Class P Pass-Through Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class P Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the Net Funds Cap. For federal income tax purposes, however, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Class P Certificates will be entitled to 100% of the interest accrued on REMIC 1 Regular Interest MT-P.
Class P Pass-Through Rate. A fixed per annum rate equal to 5.0000%; provided, however, the Class P Pass-Through Rate shall not exceed the Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate for the related Distribution Date.
