Class P Pass-Through Rate definition

Class P Pass-Through Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the lesser of (i) 5.1310% and (ii) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.
Class P Pass-Through Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class P Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the Net Funds Cap.
