Class M-2 Note definition

Class M-2 Note. Any one of the Class M-2 Notes executed, authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-8 to the Indenture.
Class M-2 Note. Any Note executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 and designated as a Class M-2 Note.
Class M-2 Note means any Closed-End Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 2006-1, Class M-2, issued and executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Administrator substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

Class M-2 Note. Any Note designated as a Class M-2 Note on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Class M-2 Note. Any one of the Class M-2 Notes authorized by the Indenture, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-3 to the Indenture.
