Class II Director definition

Class II Director has the meaning set forth in the Organizational Documents of the Company.

Class II Director has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii).

Class II Director means any director of the Board then serving in one of the Board positions specified as a "Class II" position by the Bylaws of Company.
