Class Data definition

Class Data means Class Member identifying information in Defendant’s possession including the Class Member’s name, last-known mailing address, Social Security number, and number of Class Period Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods.
Class Data means, for each Class Member: his or her name; last known mailing address; dates of employment worked during the Class Period; Social Security Number; the total number of workweeks worked during the Class Period and PAGA Period; and any other information reasonably necessary to effectuate the terms of this Settlement.
Class Data means Class Member identifying information in ONP’s possession including the Class Member’s name, last-known mailing address, Social Security number, and number of Class Period Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods.

Examples of Class Data in a sentence

  • No later than ninety (90) calendar days after the date when the Court discharges the Administrator’s obligation to provide a declaration confirming the final pay out of all Settlement funds, Plaintiff shall destroy all paper and electronic versions of Class Data received from Defendant unless, prior to the Court’s discharge of the Administrator’s obligation, Defendant makes a written request to Class Counsel for the return, rather than the destructions, of Class Data.

  • No later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the Court grants Preliminary Approval of the Settlement, Defendant will deliver the Class Data to the Administrator in the form of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

  • The Notice, as approved by the Court, shall be sent by the Settlement 2 Administrator to the Settlement Class Members, by first class mail, in English and Spanish, within 3 seven (7) calendar days following the Settlement Administrator’s receipt of the Class Data.

  • All disputes relating to 10 administration of the Settlement by the Settlement Administrator (except for disputes regarding 11 Class Data) shall be referred to the Court, if necessary, which will have continuing jurisdiction 12 over the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement, until Plaintiffs and Defendant notify 13 the Court that all payments and obligations contemplated by this Settlement Agreement have been 14 fully carried out.

  • In the absence of any contrary documentation, the Administrator is entitled to presume that the Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods contained in the Class Notice are correct so long as they are consistent with the Class Data.

Class Data means the data and information produced by Citi in the Actions relating to the Flood Settlement Class Members and Hazard Settlement Class Members, their mortgage accounts serviced by Citi, and any lender-placed Flood Insurance or Hazard Insurance for their property during the relevant Class Periods.
Class Data means the data and information available to LifeLock, after a reasonable review to ascertain the accuracy of that data and information, to be provided by LifeLock to the Settlement Administrator for the Settlement Administrator’s use in disseminating Notice, processing Claims, and making Settlement payments, including information in LifeLock’s possession identifying each Class Member’s name, last known address and/or last known email address, and date of enrollment in a LifeLock identity theft protection plan.
