Class C Warrants definition

Class C Warrants has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Class C Warrants means, collectively, the Class C Common Stock purchase warrants, if any, delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Class C Warrants shall be exercisable immediately after issuance and will expire five years after the Closing Date, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

More Definitions of Class C Warrants

Class C Warrants means the Class C Warrants to purchase Common Stock issued to the Class C Holder in accordance with the Plan.
