Class C Warrant definition

Class C Warrant means a warrant defined as a Class C Warrant in the Warrant Agreement.
Class C Warrant means a Class C warrant of the Company to purchase shares of Series B Preferred Stock.
Class C Warrant and “Class C Warrants” has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
