Class C Stock definition

Class C Stock means the Company's Class C Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

Class C Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.

• Not issue or sell, permit to be issued or sold, or otherwise consent to the transfer of, any additional capital stock or any interests convertible into or exercisable for any such additional capital stock, except for the conversion of the Class C Stock to Class A Stock.
