Class C Members definition

Class C Members means all such Persons.

Class C Members means the Members that hold a Class C Membership Interest.

Class C Members means holders of Class C Capital Units who have executed and agreed to be bound by this Operating Agreement.

More Definitions of Class C Members

Class C Members refers to any Persons who acquire a Class C Interest in the Company in the future, if and to the extent the Company establishes and issues Class C Interests pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. There are no Class C Members as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Class C Members means the Members holding Class C Units.

Class C Members means all Persons (i) whose names are set forth as such in the Member Register or who has become a Class C Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and (ii) who is the owner of one (1) or more Class C Units.

Class C Members mean the Class C Members of Genesis as defined in the Genesis Charter Documents.

Class C Members means all such Members. Unless the context otherwise requires, references to Class C Members shall be applied without regard to whether the Member also owns Class A Units and/or Class B Units.

Class C Members means Members holding Class C Units, their permitted successors and assigns who may be admitted to the LLC as Class C Members, in accordance with the terms hereof and any other Person who may be admitted to the LLC as a Class C Member in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Class C Members means those Persons who hold Class C Units at any time following the Unit Exchange.
