Class B Unitholders definition

Class B Unitholders means the holders of Class B Units from time to time.

Class B Unitholders means those Persons holding outstanding Class B Units or Class B-1 Units, in each case, immediately prior to the Company Merger Effective Time.

Class B Unitholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Class B Units, as the context requires.
