Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and except as otherwise set forth in this Section 11.2(a), this Agreement may be amended without the consent or approval of any Limited Partner, including any Class B Partner.
In the event that any Partner other than the Class B Partner is admitted to the Partnership and is given a Capital Account in exchange for services rendered to the Partnership, such transaction shall be treated by the Partnership and the affected Partner as if the Partnership had compensated such Partner in cash, and the Partner had contributed such cash to the capital of the Partnership.
