Class B Liquidity Provider definition

Class B Liquidity Provider has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Class B Liquidity Provider means MSCS, together with any Replacement Liquidity Provider which has issued a Replacement Liquidity Facility to replace the Class B Liquidity Facility pursuant to Section 3.6(e).
Class B Liquidity Provider means Natixis, together with any Replacement Liquidity Provider that has issued a Replacement Liquidity Facility to replace the Class B Liquidity Facility pursuant to Section 3.05(c) or 3.05(e).

Class B Liquidity Provider. Means, initially, Natixis S.A., a société anonyme organized under the laws of the Republic of France, acting through its New York Branch, as liquidity provider under the liquidity facility for the Class B and any replacements or successors therefor appointed in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.
