At any sale or disposition of Collateral, Administrative Agent or any Class B Lender may (to the extent permitted by Applicable Law) purchase all or any part thereof free from any right of redemption by Borrower, which right is hereby waived and released, to the extent permitted by law.

The Class B Lender Purchase Right shall be exercisable by the Class B Lenders for a period of fifteen (15) Business Days (the “Class B Lender Purchase Right Termination Date”), commencing on the date on which the Administrative Agent provides notice to the Class B Lenders of the Expected Class A Lender Interests.
