Class A2 Notes definition

Class A2 Notes means the €46,200,000 Class A2 Floating Rate Notes due 2023 or the amount thereof for the time being outstanding, or as the context may require, a specific number thereof and, unless expressly stated to the contrary, all references to Class A2 Notes shall be a reference to such Class A2 Notes whether in global or definitive form.

Class A2 Notes means the €15,000,000 Class A2 Zero Coupon Accreting Notes due 2022;

Class A2 Notes means the Class A2 mortgage backed floating rate notes due 2068;

Examples of Class A2 Notes in a sentence

• In the event of any redemption in full or acceleration of the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes and the Subordinated Notes will also be subject to automatic redemption and/or acceleration and the Collateral will, in each case, be liquidated.

Class A2 Notes means the €328,500,000 Class A2 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2031 issued by the Issuer on the Issue Date.

Class A2 Notes means the €199,000,000 Class A2 Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due June 2051 issued by the Issuer on the Issue Date.

Class A2 Notes means the A$78,540,000 Class A2 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2025 constituted by the Note Deed Poll;

Class A2 Notes has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class B Noteholders" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class B Notes" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed;
