Class A1 Noteholders definition

Class A1 Noteholders means the Holders for the time being of the Class A1 Notes. "Class A1 Notes" means the EUR 93,550,000 Class A1 Floating Rate Credit-Linked Notes. "Class A2 Noteholders" means the Holders for the time being of the Class A2 Notes.

Class A1 Noteholders means the holders of the Class A1 Notes. “Class A2 Noteholders” means the holders of the Class A2 Notes.

Class A1 Noteholders means the persons who are for the time being the holders of one or more of the Class A1 Notes (being, so long as such Notes or any part thereof are represented by the Class A1 Global Note Certificate, the person in whose name the Class A1 Note is registered in the Register of Noteholders and so long as such Notes or any part thereof are represented by Individual Class A1 Note Certificates, each person who is for the time being shown in the Register as the holder of a particular principal amount thereof) SAVE THAT so long as such Notes or any part thereof are represented by the Class A1 Global Note Certificate, each person who is for the time being shown in the records of DTC (other than Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, if Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg are participants in DTC), Euroclear (other than DTC or Clearstream, Luxembourg, if DTC or Clearstream, Luxembourg are account holders of Euroclear) or Clearstream, Luxembourg (other than DTC or Euroclear, if DTC or Euroclear are accountholders of Clearstream, Luxembourg) as the holder of a particular principal amount of Class A1 Notes shall be deemed to be and shall be treated as the holder thereof PROVIDED THAT such deeming and treatment shall not affect the right to payments in respect of the Class A1 Global Note Certificate which shall be vested solely in the registered holder of the Class A1 Global Note Certificate in accordance with and subject to its terms and the terms of this Trust Deed;

Examples of Class A1 Noteholders in a sentence

• All principal payments on the Class A-1 Notes shall be made pro rata to the Class A-1 Noteholders entitled thereto.

• Remedies pursued on behalf of the Class A-1 Noteholders could be adverse to the interests of the Class A-2 Noteholders, the Class B Noteholders, the Class C Noteholders, the Class D Noteholders, the Class E Noteholders and the Subordinated Noteholders.

• To the extent that any losses are incurred by the Issuer in respect of any Collateral, such losses will be borne first by the Subordinated Noteholders, then by the Class E Noteholders, then by the Class D Noteholders, then by the Class C Noteholders, then by the Class B Noteholders, then by the Class A-2 Noteholders and, finally, by the Class A-1 Noteholders.

• Liquidation of the Collateral at such time or remedies pursued by the Trustee upon enforcement of the security over the Collateral could be adverse to the interests of the Class A-1 Noteholders, the Class A-2 Noteholders, the Class B Noteholders, the Class C Noteholders, the Class D Noteholders, the Class E Noteholders or the Subordinated Noteholders, as the case may be.

• Without limiting the foregoing, subject to Section 8.02(c), the Issuer will cause to be distributed all amounts on deposit in the Note Distribution Account on a Distribution Date deposited therein pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement for the benefit of (i) the Class A-1 Notes, to the Class A-1 Noteholders, (ii) the Class A-2 Notes, to the Class A-2 Noteholders, (iii) the Class A-3 Notes, to the Class A-3 Noteholders, and (iv) the Class A-4 Notes, to the Class A-4 Noteholders.

More Definitions of Class A1 Noteholders

Class A1 Noteholders means the holders from time to time of the Class A1 Notes.

Class A1 Noteholders means the holders from time to time of the Class A1 Notes. "Class A2 Noteholders" means the holders from time to time of the Class A2 Notes. "Class A3 Noteholders" means the holders from time to time of the Class A3 Notes. "Class A4 Noteholders" means the holders from time to time of the Class A4 Notes. "Class A6 Noteholders" means the holders from time to time of the Class A6 Notes. "Class B Applicable Margin" has the meaning given thereto in Condition 6 (Interest).

Class A1 Noteholders means the registered holders of any Class A1 Notes from time to time. "Class A2 Noteholders" means the registered holders of any Class A2 Notes from time to time.

Class A1 Noteholders has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class A2 Noteholders" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class A1 Notes" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class A2 Notes" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class B Noteholders" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed; "Class B Notes" has the meaning given to it in the Trust Deed;

Class A1 Noteholders means the several persons who are for the time being Holders (as defined in Condition 1(d)) of the Class A1 Notes (being, if and to the extent that the Class A1 Notes are represented by the Definitive Class A1 Notes, the holders thereof and, if and to the extent that the Class A1 Notes are represented by the Global Class A1 Notes, the persons for the time being shown in the records of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg (other than Clearstream, Luxembourg if Clearstream, Luxembourg shall be an account holder of Euroclear and other than Euroclear if Euroclear shall be an account holder of Clearstream, Luxembourg) as being holders of the Class A1 Notes) in which regard any certificate or other document issued by Clearstream, Luxembourg or Euroclear as to the principal amount of Class A1 Notes standing to the account of any person shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes hereof (other than for the purposes of payments in respect thereof the right to which shall be vested, as against the Issuer and the Trustee, solely in the holder of the Class A1 Notes in accordance with and subject to their respective terms and the terms of this Agreement) and the words "holder" and "holders" shall (where appropriate) be construed accordingly;

Class A1 Noteholders means the holders of the Class A1 Notes.

Class A1 Noteholders means the Class A1-a Noteholders and the Class A1-b Noteholders from time to time.
