Class A Shareholders definition

Class A Shareholders means the holders of Class A Shares.
Class A Shareholders means the Persons that own the Class A Common Stock on the Agreement Date, together with their spouses and direct descendants who acquire shares of Class A Common Stock by sale, transfer or gift.
Class A Shareholders means the holders of Class A Preferred Shares identified on the signature pages hereto.
