Class A Right definition

Examples of Class A Right in a sentence

  • This Class A Right Certificate shall not be valid or obligatory for any purpose until it shall have been countersigned by the Rights Agent.

More Definitions of Class A Right

Class A Right shall represent the right to purchase one one-thousandth of a Preferred Share, upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth.
