Class A Margin definition

Class A Margin. For any Distribution Date on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 0.260% per annum and, for any Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, 0.520% per annum.
Class A Margin. With respect to the Class A-1 Certificates, 0.070% per annum and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.140% per annum. With respect to the Class A-2 Certificates, initially 0.170% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the possible Optional Termination Date, 0.340% per annum. With respect to the Class A-3 Certificates, initially 0.270% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.540% per annum.
Class A Margin means 0.42 per cent. per annum. "Class B Margin" means 0.70 per cent. per annum. "Class C Margin" means 1.70 per cent. per annum. "Class D Margin" means 3.95 per cent. per annum. "Class E Margin" means 15 per cent. per annum.

Examples of Class A Margin in a sentence

  • Reference to any of the Class A Margin, Class M-1 Margin, Class M-2 Margin or Class B Margin.

  • If the B Note Principal Amount Reduction is not sufficient to cover the remaining Early Redemption Unwind Costs, the Class A Margin will be reduced by an amount determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, subject to a minimum Class A Margin of zero.

  • To reflect the time between the Pricing Date and the Effective Date, a Forward Adjustment will be applied to the Class A Margin Adjustment and the Class Z Margin Adjustment, as detailed below.

More Definitions of Class A Margin

Class A Margin is defined in the Fee Letter.
Class A Margin shall have the meaning set forth in the Note.
Class A Margin. For any Distribution Date (i) on or prior to the Optional Securities Purchase Date, 0.34% per annum and (ii) thereafter, 0.68% per annum.
Class A Margin. The Class A-1 Margin, Class A-2 Margin or Class A-3 Margin, as applicable.
Class A Margin means, as the context may require, the Class Ala Margin, the Class A1b Margin or the Class A2 Margin.
Class A Margin. With respect to the Class A-I Certificates, on any Distribution Date on or prior to the first Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, 0.40% per annum, and on any Distribution Date thereafter, 0.80% per annum. With respect to the Class A-II Certificates, on any Distribution Date on or prior to the first Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, 0.45% per annum, and on any Distribution Date thereafter, 0.90% per annum.
Class A Margin means 0.235 per cent. per annum.
