Class A-3 Margin definition

Class A-3 Margin. As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Initial Optional Termination Date, 1.1000% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Initial Optional Termination Date, 2.2000% per annum.
Class A-3 Margin. With respect to any Distribution Date prior to the first Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.240% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the first Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.480% per annum. Class A-P Certificates: None.
Class A-3 Margin. As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Optional Termination Date for the Certificates 0.380% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, 0.760% per annum.
